You
provide a drawing of
the area to be worked.
The retail center faxes
this to Stone Innovations
with material and edge
choice if possible.
Stone
Innovations will provide the retail
center with an estimate within
48 hours.
When
the cabinets are fully
installed (all cabinets
screwed together, brackets
for snack bars attached,
sinks, faucets, stoves
and any other appliances
that will interact with
the stone are on site),
Stone Innovations will
come and do a field
measure.
Measurements/templates
are brought back to the shop where
a CAD drawing (production information
sheet) is prepared showing how
the job is to be manufactured.
At this time the customer can
also come to approve the slabs
that will be used for their job.
Any information that is needed
or missing can delay the start
of the production sequence.
The
production information sheet is
then faxed back to the retail
outlet for approval. The retail
center double checks the information
presented on the sheet, namely
the stone selected, edge polish,
sink make and model number, faucet
make and model number, backsplash
heights, etc.. If all of the information
is correct, they sign the drawing
at the bottom and fax back to
us.
Once
the approved drawing
is faxed back and
the material is approved,
the job goes into
production.
After
production, Stone Innovations
will contact the customer to schedule
the installation of your stone
by one of our expert installation
crews (see also our Cash
and Carry program
for cheaper price and decreased
delivery time.)
Process
from receipt of all information
from templating to finished installation
can run two to four weeks depending
on material availability, shop
load, availability of information
needed for production, and templating/installation
schedule.
All
stone and materials comprised
mostly of stone have variations
due to the fact that they are
natural materials (see our full material
disclaimer).

Cash and Carry
For the do it yourselfer who wants to save some money, we have the perfect program. Stone Innovations cash and carry program. You provide the templates, we do the manufacturing and you do the installation.
Open to everyone, not just wholesale customers! Look through the material that we have here in site or order what you need. Over 10,000 square feet of material in stock!
Bring us a layout of what you want us to manufacture, make your stone, edge polish, and other selections, we will generate a quote, if you like it, put money down and bring us your template or drawings to manufacture from.
When you bring in your templates, we will go through them with you and determine if any more information is needed.
We will get the information to our production office and they will fax you a production information sheet for a sign-off.
Once the materials are through manufacturing, we will give you a call to come and picK up your finished countertops.
When you pick up your tops, we will give you instructions on how to install them, we will color tint the seam epoxy for you, and load your stone on a transport A-frame. Bring the A-frame back when you are finished.
Granite weighs up to 20 lbs. per square foot, so make sure that you know what you are getting into before starting. Savings can be up to 50% off!
